General Policy
All items purchased from our online store are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Article exchange (changing the item style or design) is not allowed under any condition.
Courier exchange charges will apply for size-related exchanges.
Damages and Issues
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery on WhatsApp at 0347-2565147. Our team will evaluate the issue and guide you accordingly.
Exchange Process
We do not offer doorstep pickup for exchanges.
Customer will send the product back to our company address via TCS or any reliable courier service.
After receiving the parcel, we will dispatch the replacement item to the customer.
Courier charges will apply for size-related exchanges.
The product must be returned in unused condition with its original packaging (box, tags, etc.).
Important Notes
Exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size. If unavailable, you may choose to wait for the size to restock.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for exchange.
Exchanges can take 1–2 weeks to process and replace, depending on availability and logistics.
Discontinued products are not eligible for exchange.
Fashion Aura reserves the right to approve or deny any exchange request based on evaluation.
