Shipping policy

At Fashion Aura, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your items.

1. Order Processing Time


Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation message followed by a dispatch notification once your order has been handed over to the courier.

2. Delivery Timeframe


We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas / Villages: 5–9 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, road closures, courier delays, or seasonal workload.

3. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A tracking number
Courier company name
Tracking link (if available)

You can track your order using the provided details.

4. Incorrect Address or Contact Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Shipping address
Phone number
Contact details

Incorrect information may result in delays or failed delivery attempts.

5. Missed Deliveries & Courier Attempts


Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to:

Customer unavailability
Incorrect address
Unanswered calls

The parcel may be returned to us.

6. Damaged or Open Package on Delivery


If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with:

Do NOT accept the package
Ask the rider to mark it as “Return to Sender”
Contact us immediately with photos or videos as evidence

We will arrange a replacement if the issue is confirmed.

7. Delays & Courier Responsibility


We use reputable courier companies to ensure timely delivery. However:

Delivery delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates
Customers may contact the courier directly for shipment updates
8. Payments to Riders or Courier Staff

Fashion Aura is NOT responsible for:


Payments made to riders
Payments made to individuals
Payments made directly to courier companies

We are only responsible for payments made through our official channels under the name “Fashion Aura.”

Any unauthorized payments made outside our system are the customer’s responsibility.

9. International Shipping


Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
This may change in the future and will be announced on our website.
